• Ingredients:
    • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 – 1 1/2 cups It’s The Famous! Salsa (choose your preferred heat level)
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, whisk together It’s The Famous Salsa, olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
    2. Place chicken in crock pot and pour mixture over chicken.
    3.  Put crock-pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
    4. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired, and serve the salsa-marinated chicken with rice, quinoa, or your favorite side dishes.
